Senior Service Finder & Seniors

From 1987 to 1989, Marki researched and wrote a column for senior citizens for the Fort Collins Coloradoan. It appeared each Wednesday in the Front Range Today section of the newspaper.

Initially, she wrote the column on behalf of the City of Fort Collins, hence the blurb at the end of each article. The name of the column was Senior Service Finder and was placed wherever there was room in the Wednesday section.

Over time, the column evolved. The Coloradoan removed the City of Fort Collins blurb, gave her a prominent byline, and renamed the column Seniors.
